Highly realistic set with extensive props and consumables tracking in a short 1.5 week rehearsal process before tech

Opera Project Columbus & Columbus Symphony (Columbus, OH), 2023
Unique Elements:
Produced at the 2,800 seat Ohio Theatre with crew from IATSE Local 12
Intricate scheduling with principal performers flying back and forth between our rehearsals and performances at The Metropolitan Opera in NYC as well as 9 local chorus members, and 11 local supernumeraries with complex availability and conflicts
First co-production between Opera Columbus & Columbus Symphony on a grand scale in over 20 years
All calls made from the piano vocal score (Ricordi)
Luchadora! by Alvaro Saar Rios
CATCO Kids (Columbus, OH), 2022
Unique Elements:
This show required working with New Ohio Wrestling and holding several rehearsals in their training space to safely set the wrestling choreography
The cast was half young performers (under 18) and half local professional actors
Complex scenic transitions including bicycle riding and transitioning between two large mats that needed to be safely secured to the floor for the wrestling sequences
Cue heavy play with many sound and lighting cues; operated both boards

Columbus Children’s Theatre (Columbus, OH), 2018
Unique Elements:
Served as Production Stage Manager and scheduled and ran all production meetings, scheduled load in times, and publicity calls
Cast of 16 children with our lead, Maleficent, being legally blind and needing assistance
Rehearsals ran simultaneously with classes, so all children were called for all hours of every rehearsal

Worked with five different choreographers with different styles to create one cohesive concert
