About Me

I hold a B.F.A. in Theatre Design/Technology from Otterbein University, where I graduated summa cum laude. Following my graduation, I spent 9 months interning with the Walt Disney World Resort in Orlando, FL with entertainment costuming at Epcot. After returning home to Ohio, I continued to put down roots in the Columbus theatre community through working with Columbus Children’s Theatre, BalletMet, Short North Stage, and more! I’m thankful for all of the opportunities I’ve had, and I continue to grow with each experience. I have experience as a theatre educator through my work with Columbus Children’s Theatre, The CAPA Marquee Awards Program, as well Thespian Conferences in Ohio, Michigan, and Virginia.

I currently reside in Columbus, OH and have returned to Otterbein University Department of Theatre & Dance as their Production Manager and Stage Management Mentor. I am so happy to be able to pass along my love of Otterbein, Theatre, and Stage Management to my students. You might even catch me House Managing in downtown Columbus with CAPA at The Southern Theatre and the Riffe Center Theatre Complex.

Outside of theatre, I enjoy spending time outside, and spending time with my husband Nick and our two cats, Spooky & Pippin. I am active in the Cosplay community on Instagram and TikTok as _Hannah_Dreaming and YouTube as @hannah.dreaming. I am also a member of the Ohio 501st Legion - an organization which creates and wears movie-accurate costumes from the Star Wars Universe to charity and family events. If you see a Jawa in the Columbus area, you never know who might be under that hood!
